The Bulldog 14000 Series Bomb / Fragmentation Suppression Blanket is made with layers of Kevlar woven ballistic fibers stitched together to form a "blanket", the blanket stays flexible and can be easily fit and formed to cover any suspicious package or object. Kevlar woven ballistic fibers are Fire Proof and will not burn from bomb blast detonation. With the multiple layers of Kevlar fabric being stitched together rather than being bonded under heat and pressure as our Kevlarİ, Flex-Pro and Spectra Shield Vehicle Armor Panels are, the Bulldog 14000 Series Bomb / Fragmentation Suppression Blanket are better able to move and flex with a blast impact.
The Bulldog Blast Sponge / Modular Armor System is made with layers of Fiberglass armor , installed in side of a pouch, with a Steel Armor Plate Strike Face to form a "blanket", the blanket stays semi- flexible and can be easily fit and formed to cover any suspicious package or object of any size. The Bulldog Blast Sponge / Modular Armor System can also be used for Vehicle and Building Protection (temporary or permanent.) The Bulldog Blast Sponge / Modular Armor System was designed in conjunction with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, and tested by the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD to protect U.S. Military troops in Iraq and Afghanistan from the 155 mm Artillery round the most common IED threat.
