If we export or sell out of the country some of our Bullet Resistant / Bullet Proof products may require an Export License either from the U.S. Department of State and or the U.S. Department Of Commerce.This is required by Federal Law. However this is a very simple process but may add 30-45 days to the order.We would not sell to anyone with a Felony Conviction, or with regards to export sales any person, company, or country that is on the U.S. Government's " Denied Parties List. You will find a notice on the product page if there is a restriction. |
| Question: Who are some of your customers: We sell our Bullet Resistant / Bullet Proof products to a wide range of customers: Our customers range from the U.S. Government and Military, Police Departments, Armored Vehicle Manufacturers, Banks, Large and Small Corporations. A large part of our business is also comprised of private individuals, such as home owners, fast food, carry out, and liquor store owners. We are proud to have the opportunity to be providing Bullet Resistant Products to our U.S. Military units currently serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. | Question: With regards to price quotations for Automotive products are there restrictions on how old the vehicles are:Yes on some of our Bullet Resistant / Bullet Proof products or Run Flat Tire Inserts, we have set a limit on how old the vehicles are that we will provide price quotations on. We have found over the years that it is not cost effective to provide price quotations for some vehicle years, due to either the high cost of the product, or the low return on sales for older vehicles. | Question: Do you provide price quotations to every country world wide: For the most part yes we do. However over time we have found that our products may not be cost effective for some regions of the world [ Pakistan, India, Niagara, Afghanistan ] and it may not be in the customer's and or our interest to do so. |

Question: How do we purchase your Bullet Resistant / Bullet Proof products : If you are a customer in the USA you can make payments by Bank Wire Transfer, Company or Personal, Check. Bank Check or by Credit Card. If you are a customer from outside the USA we will accept payment by Bank Wire Transfers. If you are a U.S. Military or U.S. Government Agency Customer, we will accept your Government Purchase Order with agreed payment terms. For our U.S. Military or U.S. Government Agency Customers we will provide you with our CAGE Code, D & B and Federal Tax I.D. information in our price quotations. | Question: Is there a minimum order: On each of our"Quotation Request Forms" you will find the minimum product required to make a purchase. In some cases we will gladly sell one sheet of Bullet Resistant glass , or one Armor Panel. | Question: Do you have distributors and or exclusive sales agents and can we be one.: For the most part all of our Price Quotations and Sales are from our main offices located at 1245 Tennessee Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio USA 45229. However if you have some volume sales history with us please feel free to contact us if you are interested in re selling our products. We may require a fee for the rights to sell our products in you area. |

| Question: How do you ship your products: For Armored Vehicles we can ship anywhere in the USA by covered transport truck. For shipping Armored Vehicles outside the USA we airfreight the vehicle or ship by container ship. For most of our other Bullet Resistant/ Bullet Proof Products we ship by the most economical way FedEx,UPS or freight lines. |
