Vehicle Fragmentation / Bomb blanket protection is made with layers of Kevlar woven ballistic fibers stitched together to form a "blanket", the blanket stays flexible and can be easily fit and formed to vehicle's floors and engine compartment areas.

Kevlar woven ballistic fibers are Fire Proof and will not burn from the detonation of DM- 51 Hand Grenades or1-lbs pipe bomb blasts. Another advantage to adding our Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets to your existing vehicle is the added insulation protection from extreme heat and cold conditions.

With the multiple layers of Kevlar fabric being stitched together rather than being bonded under heat and pressure as our Kevlar, Flex-Pro and Spectra Shield Vehicle Armor Panels are, the Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets are better able to move and flex with a blast impact and Fragmentation from DM-51 Hand grenades and or a 1 Lbs pipe bomb.

Only Approx. 3/8" Thick. Manufactured with "Special" finely woven Kevlar ballistic fabric that is designed to be very flexible, thin and easily form to the contours of your vehicle floor pan.

Our Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets are protected with a heavy duty black nylon water proof outer cover. This feature makes them ideal for use in vehicles were no carpet is used or needed, or in Military situations where the vehicle would be subject water immersion. Our Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets are also designed to fit under in vehicles with existing carpet with no fitting or trim problems.

Removable / Replaceable black nylon water proof outer cover are standard . No need to replace the whole blanket if just the out cover is damaged.

Removable Rubber Floor Mats with velcro attachments are available at an extra charge for vehicles not needing carpet.

Fleet Vehicle Use: Our Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets are designed to be easy to install and remove, when and if Fragmentation Protection is no longer needed for that vehicle.

We custom manufacture Each Vehicle Fragmentation Blanket to Your Exact Specifications [ I.E. contoured, drilled, cut, ] Our Vehicle Fragmentation Blanket will arrive at your location ready to install. [Some Applications will require a drawing or template to guaranty a proper fit .]

Vehicle Fragmentation Blanket Installation:
Remove all seats, carpet, consoles, etc. Blanket is then installed by laying the blanket into the floor area . The blanket can then be attached to the vehicle with screws, rivets, or nuts and bolts using large fender washers, space anchors approx. every 12'' or so in floor.

Our Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets are Designed and Priced for the Drivers Compartment Only. Vehicle Fragmentation Blankets can also be Custom Manufactured for Engine Compartments, Car Trunks, Gas Tanks and Pick Up Truck Beds at an Extra Charge.
